RESERVATION GUARANTEE:
All reservations must be guaranteed by email or fax with a credit card valid at the date of start of your stay.
Reservations made with invalid card will be canceled.
GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS:
In case of cancellation 48 hours before the arrival date (by written notice), the cancellation will be free of charge.
If canceled less than 48 hours before arrival or in case of no show:
the first night rate (including taxes) for stays between 1 and 3 nights
2 nights will be charged (including taxes) for stays from 4 to 6 nights
3 nights will be charged (including taxes) for more than 7 nights
SPECIAL CONDITIONS ATTACHED TO NON-CANCELLABLE RATES AND NO MODIFIABLE RATES:
A prepayment is required upon booking for the entire stay.
No cancellation or modification it’s possible without any fees.
100% penalty in case of cancellation or no-show.

Check-in time: 12:00 p.m. Check-out time: 12:00 Non-smoking hotel
It is recommended to give us your arrival time, particularly in case of late check-in.
EXTRAS:
All the extras extended from the original booking, number of occupancy breakfast etc will have an extra charge.
RATES:
Prices are quoted in Euros. VAT is included in the rates proposed. Any rate change applicable, or any modification or introduction of new taxes introduced by the legal authorities competent, will be automatically reflected on the prices listed on the invoice date. Rates are per room for the indicated number of people and depending the period selected. Prices shown include only strictly benefits mentioned in the reservation. Priced mentioned in the book will be added complementary services provided by the hotel when residence and, where applicable, local tax. The prices mentioned on the Site are subject to change at any time without information by the Hotel nor prior notice. Only the price indicated in the booking confirmation by the Company is contractual. No trip booked before the establishment of a possible promotional offer will not be subject to refund, even partial.
PAYMENT TERMS:
According to the reservation type, settlement will be made in full at the time of placing of the order or at the end of the stay of the Client within the Hotel.
